Shift

Multipurpose reels that cover the entire spectrum of fly-fishing applications from tributary trout pursuits to ocean-side tarpon patrol. SHIFT comes equipped with Sage’s proprietary SCS Drag package, featuring an upgraded seal system and tuned per size to match the mission at hand. One revolution drag knob represented throughout the series allows for ease of adjustment and reliable, consistent, repeatable drag pressure. Just select the desired weight and feature set for your fishing application and SHIFT into high gear. Taking its take-charge cue from the versatile SPECTRUM series, the fully machined 6061 aluminum SHIFT blends the best of narrow spool width and large arbor design for the ultimate in easy stacking, ultrafast line pickup. With a concave spool surface for optimal line capacity and drag-assisting smoothness, lightweight SHIFT is packed with the upleveled tech you’d expect to find on higher-priced reels.
